Holy Cow! Are you guys seeing this??? they can't sing a lick!...and Slash got on stage with them; talk about selling out. I had to put the TV on mute. I kid you not; my 14 mo/old son started crying, and he normally dances when music comes on...yikes.

I don't think Slash sold out, that was the only interesting thing for half time was Slash, So he basically saved the show.

I was disappointed when I heard they had the spot. My son, 6, was amped and singing "cause tonight's gonna be a good night" for a couple days... and a minute into their set, he walked out saying, "this is awful". Even he saw how plastic they were. Thank You, God.

The runway lights of the "V" in "LOVE" were out. Pathetic. Somebody didn't do their f*ckin' job, man! That's what I kept saying. I think they were trying to cop some Tron meets Asian Mass Ensemble Art Performance meets TaiBo thing. Didn't pull it off. The "V" in "LOVE" was missing! Somebody didn't do their f*ckin' job, man! LOL.

Prince TORE IT UP, AND wore a doo-rag. Paul McCartney? Tore it up. Even U2 tore it up. Janet Jackson tore it up, Geez.

Slash? Saved it for like 15 seconds, then Usher 'dropped in'. The Eminem commercials even killed the half-time show, they were awesome!

Shows you what money can buy, huh?

hmmm, I hadn't thought about it that way; it was much less painful than the rest of the 1/2 time show. Maybe they should have let him play the national anthem too.

I thought it was a terrible mix, as more often than not. All the cues were off. The music lacked substance to me. All image and very little integrity. But I'm pretty jaded myself.

Just a few days ago I heard one of these modern "artists"(Who I thankfully didn't recognize) say "I'm selling the lifestyle."
Not hard to be jaded these days.

I love to think about being at this show... The sheer strangeness of it.

I think this is why people go the the concession stands during half time.....Pretty bad when they have to scrape up the Black Eyed Peas to the Super Bowl. I guess Jerry Jones needed to save a few buck after spending over a billion dollars on Cowboy Stadium. I gew up in Dallas and I'm sure they could have found a local band that would have been better. I almost feel embarrassed.
