I can honestly I finally got down to my high school weight, 29 1/2 inch waist over 2 yearss from 178-179 pounds to 142-3?
I believe it has helped my playing energy-wise, may anyone here struggling learn a helluva a lot from this blog. Many years of reading, and past experience all rolled into this blog.
