Saw George Lynch play!

Post by Koa-dogg » Fri Dec 02, 2005 5:12 pm

George Lynch was in town on Wednesday and I got to check him out. I've been wanting to catch him since the '80's, and for $12, I had to do it. It was well worth it. Turn out was low (100-150), but he played great. I've always been impressed by his playing, but seeing him in person gave me an even greater appreciation for him. His new amps that he was using sounded great. If he rolls into town somewhere near you, check him out, it will be worth it.

I believe they are his new Randall Heads. Purple heads with a big gold Skull and Crossbones (I believe, it was shiny and hard to make out exactly) where the logo would be. He had three heads there but only used one. Two were the typical 100watter size and the third was the size of a Small box Plexi head.
