First Triple Crown since 1967?

Post by gutpile » Sun Sep 23, 2012 1:02 am

Miguel Cabrera has a shot at the triple crown which would be the first time this feat has been accomplished since Carl Yazstremski in 1967!!! he tied Josh Hamilton with 42 HR's earlier today... He leads the AL in Avg and RBI's which should hold through the last few games... Being a life long Tigers fan, I am hoping he can pull it out!!! Not much baseball talk around here but I am stoked to see this happen!!

Gut, I'm stoked as well! Double-header tomorrow, and I'll be tuned in for sure.
Cab is amazing with the bat. Hope the pitching comes through tomorrow. Fister did a great job. :toast:
