The microcontroller version drives a mosfet

The microcontroller drives a mosfet, and the microcontroller should output two channels, one pwm and one GND. PWM to G level, GND to S level.
But I think there is something wrong. The S-level of the mosfet should not be zero potential, so it will burn the board. How should it be connected.
