Pictures Next To Your Name

How do you all put those pics next to your name? I try to downsize them but I keep getting 'file too large'.

Displays a small graphic image below your details in posts. Only one image can be displayed at a time, its width can be no greater than 80 pixels, the height no greater than 80 pixels, and the file size no more than 7 KB.
First shrink your image so that it is 80 pixels x 80 pixels = L x W , Then look at the image properties once you shrink it. If it is still larger than 7kb reduce the resolution of the image until it is 7kb or less footprint on your hdd.
If you still have problems you can email me the image to necrovore at satx dot rr dot com and Ill do it for you then send it back to you to upload.
You should be able to do everything in M$ Paint.
