Anyone here design PCB's?

I need a PCB layout for an MXR Flanger, I can make the actual PCB myself with the layout if necessary though. I've finished building a clone of one with point to point wiring and it's not going very well, troubleshooting it doesn't seem to be going anywhere.
I've got original MXR factory schematics and component layouts that I can share, and if other people are interested in building an MXR Flanger clone for about $50 that runs on 9v batteries or adaptors (the circuit changes this to 15v internally), I might be able to get a batch made and source the parts for you guys.
