Teflon Wire

I rewired My preamp tubes, volume and tone pots with 600 V, 20 gauge teflon covered wire, anyone else use teflon covered wire ? It seems to work very well, but it is hard to get used to the wire looking so small compared to the 22 gauge wire that George supplied in the kit, even though the gauge of wire I used was a larger gauge. I guess the difference is the thickness of the insulation.

Scott

I used it for my amp. I'll never go back. I had to wire a ground under the board last night and it was nice being able to just stick the soldering iron in and not worrying about frying another wire.

Love the stuff, its a little stiffer and harder to work with but NO BURNED insulation. I use the 18 guage for the buss and 20 guage for everything else.
