I can't get into major sports anymore. It is, however, a handy reason to drink (more) beer and eat wings.

Took me to the 3rd to find the damn game here. Was supposed to be on either the CBC or OLN network. When we finally found it, it was on the WB ! Missed the first 2 periods.

Our company has season seats at the Pond. My Boss took me and a couple of other hockey fans to the Ducks / Flames game last night. I personally don't like the "Mighty Ducks of Anaheim" (like any self respecting hockey player would be caught dead on a pro hockey team with a name like!!!) but when someone offers me free seats fourth row for a playoff game I don't care who's playing! Great game. Started tight but by the second period bodies were slamming. Selanne got caught behind the Ducks goal and sandwiched from both sides.Ouch. McCarty blasted a couple of open ice trademark hits. Ducks were flat and the Flames were flying. It's a whole different game at that level. One positive for the Ducks...the hot chicks who skate out during play stoppages to shovel up the snow along the boards
