Got robbed Thursday night...

Hey all, Byron here. Thursday night my van got broken into and some of my equipment got stolen, along with all the money from my paycheck (just cashed it to pay some debts to friends). I never usually leave my wallet in the van, but I guess some scumbag got lucky. They got away with:
Audix Drum Mics:
(1) D1
(2) D2
(1) D3
(1) D4
(1) D6
(2) ADX-51
Shure Mics:
(2) SM57
AKG Mic
(1) D60?
Plus three Audix Drum Mic Clips
All these were in a shiny silver aluminum case with two latches--some of the mics were in black Audix pouches inside.
(1) Mackie 1400i Power Amp in a 2 space SKB rack case
(1) Hughes and Kettner Redbox DI Box
(1) Pro Co Direct Box
(1) Three-way guitar stand
Also some CDs and stuff, but the above is the important (expensive) stuff. All told, I think I lost about $2600 worth. As some of you may know, I'm a live sound and recording engineer part time, and now several projects are going to be postponed for a long time.
I called the cops of course. Interesting thing, musicians: if you lost almost three grand's worth of stuff in a robbery, they won't come out and dust for prints or anything. If you don't have all the serial numbers for all your lost stuff, you're SOL. BUT, if you're playing an outdoor show and someone says you're too loud, they won't hesitate to come out and give you a ticket. Glad we're paying for that, aren't you?
No, I don't have any kind of insurance for any of this, either, so I've just got to suffer for a while. Thanks for reading this.
