Digital pictures.. ??

Is there a simple fast way to take a 1.8meg. picture and reduce it down to a 100k or so for emailing?

Microsoft Picture Editor (comes with Microsoft Office) will reduce the photo to what ever size you need. If you do not have that program try paint it may work as well.
