Jon Benet was found the day after Christmas. this guy says that he drove her home from school and went immediately to the basement and accidentally killed her while he was raping her.

Didn't the report say that there was no evidence of sexual abuse and that she was just strangled.

Please keep in mind that I am going off of the initial story about this guy that broke last night. I have not kept up with stuff today at all.

If what I wrote was what he stated last night, then why was he not a suspect from the beginning? Also what school in the US is open the day after Christmas?

This guy also recently got busted for having kiddie porn on his computer and has warrants for his arrest in California I believe.

Methinks this guy is living in a delusional Neverland Ranch world of child porn in his mind.

But, let's wait for the DNA evidence before we make any judgement.

EDIT: I also just heard on the news that this guy is saying he drugged JonBenet and the autopsy results say otherwise.

I think he bears a slight resemblance to Lee Harvey Oswald. Either way, he's a certifiable nut.

He might be saying he killed Jonbenet just to get extradition to the USA, to avoid being turned into
a Jeffery Dalmer style broomstick poopsickle in a Thai prison. But boy if he did it, AFAIK no death would
be painful enough for people like this, or like that demon John Cooey,
who buried that poor little girl alive, in a trash bag, with her stuffed animal. He would want to stay in that Thai prison, if I was in charge.

This may sound more harsh than Islamic Sharia law, but being the protective parent I am, I think Child rapists and/or killers are pre-pig-shit,
and should be tied down in pig pens, and fed alive to swine, while hecklers let them
know that, "By this time tomorrow you're gonna be a steamy pile of pig shit. Rot in hell you child 'F'er!"
Or they can be slowly fed into a meat grinder, (one limb a week) till all limbs are stumps, then
thrown live into the pig pens.
This will do until a more cruel and unusual punishment can be found.

Videos of these executions would of course be required viewing for anyone caught with child porn or for
molesters, while awaiting their castrations, floggings, and life sentence of hard labor breaking rocks in Death valley, bare footed on black top.

I find it disturbing that he wants extradition here.
If I was in charge, pedophiles would leave this country to commit their crimes. They would just leave the country period.

One of the things that I personally found sickening about this case is the fact that people in America have "child beauty queens".

If you don't want perverts looking at your children don't dress em up all sexy in adult style clothing and makeup and have them twirl and prance around a stage like it's for sale.

Not to detract from the heinous nature of the crime, but I have to agree. Why would you dress your child up and prance them around like that??? Seems like a hint of something deeply troubling.

There was a show on tv for awhile that showed inside these child beauty pageants and I kid you not, it seriously borders on child abuse the way the parents groom the kids...make them practice walking for 5 hrs, give them fake tans, dress them up like mini-hookers. I believe there have been dateline stories on this stuff, too. Nothing like teaching your child how important physical beauty is and subsequently opening them up to dozens of psychological disorders in their teen years (bulemia, anorexia, etc.).

Well they dropped the charges in relation to Jon Benet, but he's gonna be heading back
to Sonoma County on the 5 charges of possessing Child Porn he fled. These 5 charges are
only Misdemeanors. Can you believe that shit? They should change that law. I hope he gets shanked in Sonoma.

AFAIK he should at least have gotten castration and life just for child porn. Even if he never hurt anyone yet in person,
some kid had to be hurt to make that porn, for his sick pleasure. Plus these type of people are a ticking time bomb. Just for fantasizing about stuff like this, he should be locked up permanently in a mental institution.

This may sound harsh, but I would exterminate him and everyone like him, if it was legal. Make child porn a capital offense.
