Yep, the unloaded ones are the ones that Kill! My dad always taught that,
my huntersafety taught that when I was a kid, even the info that comes with the guns I have purchased have said that.
the sad part is it looks as if he had his partner check the breach to insure that it was empty!
Hell, I don't blame the kids for not wanting to see the rifle! :lol:
Glad nobody else got hurt! Oh, It was the "gun" that shot him in the foot, not him. :roll:
