Here's a couple quick shots of the rig.

My real '66 on my Big M cab and my '66 replica on a Heritage G12M loaded Metro cab.

I used a Radial Switchbone to drive both amps without signal loss or noise. I also had Rob Keeler's Push pedal in front. A Dunlop wah and a Boss tuner.
I used a variac at 100V to keep the real '66 B+ voltage down around 500V.

The sound man burned a CD from the FOH board, I should get that later this week. Hope there are some clips worth posting.

Way cool rig, George !
How did it sound ? How was it to play out again ? When I got back out after a break of nearly 7 years it was strange, but wonderful. Especially knowing that I did

Rob's pedal has been getting a lot of good reviews.

How big was this place? If I walked into a club around here with that rig in tow, you'd be reading my obituary two days later, because I'd get shot on sight from behind the mixing console.......and mic'd to boot???

I knew you couldn't resist the pull of the '66 and its evil twin for long, I can't seem to pry myself away from the JTM100s........

All real GEC KT66's. I call those my daughter's college fund!

The Machine Shop is a big place. National acts put over 500 people in. I think we had 250-300.
Plus, I've known the owners for a long time. And the PA belongs to a great friend, I did alot of the maintenance on it for long time.

I've known both sound guys that were there for over 10 years. And they both did give me some shit at first. But I kept the stage volume down and they were happy.

Just a weird mic stand that was between me and the amps. It's actually a few feet away.

That is the saddest looking mic stand I've ever seen! I must have had the same reaction as Mark: "What the hell is that and where do I get one?"
