Well apparently whatever has been seized by customs will be destroyed?

If so... that is ridiculous. Total waste.

If they had half a brain they would auction it or something and put the money towards planting some new trees.

Guess it'd be the ultimate "lawsuit" guitar if you owned one.

Gibson has made plenty of poor decisions lately, for example the hendrix guitar. A strat knock off from gibson. LOL . I think its already been discontinued.

But it seems all companies change hands a few times and go through some rough years. I think gibson is too strong a brand to ever really go under, unless they run it straight into the ground.

Fender had its years too, although I have to say lately they seem to be doing a really good job. Not to go off topic.
