i think they are supposed to be one of the cleaner tubes. seem to be rare as hens teeth too.

Its to bad because, relatively, they are cheap. If they were more common they would probably be a great Marshall tube fore much less dough then mullards and other NOS. The reviews Ive heard put them pretty close with xf2s but a little less sweet in the mids and a bit more clear in the top.

Larry have you ever tried KT90's? Do you know what they go for these days?

Note I said relatively :)

If KT66's or KT88s were as rare as 77's theyd be 400, no wait, 1000 dollars a peice. Theyre already 400.
