Re: Bedroom Eruption
Quite amazing playing
The recording was top notch too... what did you use for reverb/post production? It just goes to show how much is in the recording process with the finished thing... mahogany/dsl100 and 12H's is not what I'd use for the basis for the 'brown' sound!

Re: Bedroom Eruption
There's not any softaware over-trick. That you listen to here is a low volume crunch channel sound of my Marshall, pushed with a TS-style overdrive. And that's about it. Reverb and delay are by Cubase.jape88 wrote: ↑Wed Apr 10, 2019 3:33 amQuite amazing playing

Mahogany body, PAF's, valve Marshall and Celestions I think are a basic choice to get a "brown" like guitar sound.
Thank you, Jape !

Re: Bedroom Eruption
Risky click ... you're right but with a basic gear like a H's Strat and a Marshall I think everybody have a good playing can do a nice job.
Thank you so much, Twistyneck !

Re: Bedroom Eruption
Wow that was off the charts, reminds of 8-10 years ago when this place was buzzin with players like you who were finding ways of getting that tone with non-plexi based Marshalls. Sounds great man
