I hear ya bro,

I figure the Schecter's good for the teaching room,
or songs that need the single coil vibe (coil taps), and is an excellent backup axe,
while the LP can shine onstage.... 8) :D

But then again, this LP's been my main axe (and my only electric)
for close to 15 yrs., and right now it just feels good
to play something different!!!!

true man your lp shining on stage. this is just a random thought here i'm sitting here bored as hell going to catch my train to the city in 1hr down for college.

mind i was saying guitars should be used not cherished, this is random so tell me to piss off if you don't agree.

Guitars are like females curvy, gotta be played, they both ave sweetspots, well their place ain't in the kitchen just the same as a guitar being hoarded, most famous people name their guitar after females, they both need servicing now and again LMAO :P 8)

sorry for the randomness chaps

I still have a "beater" guitar around for practice and pickup and parts swapping, experimental wiring, etc. No sense carving up a "nice" guitar for that kind of thing.

I agree 100% bro.......

I'm a player, not a collector  IMHO, anyone who has a guitar and doesn't play it has no reason to have it in the first place!!!!!

Nice Strat WOT,love the seventies Strats now.
I have a 2005 YJM signature, which is great playing, but it has all these holes in the fingerboard, lol!!
Seriously, once you get to grips, lol, with the scallops,it rules.
I still have a hankering for either a 69 type Time Machine Strat, which I cannot find on fleabay,or the Trower Strat, which is a bit pricey,as I would change out the pickups, for a Custom '69 set.
Kool axe man,Regards
