But Ive always had a hard time with strat pups. My strat demands are pretty strait forward. 70s Jimi. Low output and clear as a bell. I may try him yet.
you might like callaham's h/srv specials. to me these sound more like hendrix than srv

What a rude puppy whoa holy chit aint no WCR Dbusrt!! However, wow they really boosted the highs(over wound ) on this puppy!! I just installed her Im going to have to jam on her while damn she be bright!! I got her in solid hard ash strat bode Brass nut stock trem, Going to take break go back in for more, they said Mag is II I cant believe it? I will have to check my reciept she sounds like a V to my ears.. I might have to tame her down and put a 250K pot..,if I do that will I lose any bottom or sustain with her or will she cut the high end off a tad?
That or Eq her!
Still cant beat the WCR DB but she is indeed a nice puppy!
The DB is like pancakes with a hell of a lot of butter LOL The good kind!
peace

yeah, should be a A2. They do have some high end, but I like it so far. I have a darkburst too, both excellent pickups as far as I'm concerned. I would think the 250k would just take out some highs, maybe one of the Dr.s here can verify this.
