On the heater wiring if the regular wiring works use it.
If you're fighting tube hum, I found the Valve Wizard way helps on higher gain amps like the cascade 2204.
Just throwing some things out there in case you have any hum issues later on.
Grounding and wire routing is also very important, and can be built in the build.
Myself, I like to build in quietness all the way through.
