Yeah Im going through with it. Ill deposit the CC the second it arrives and wait for it to clear.

No there not on the amp page. Thats not my site its soemone elses. All the chassis picturesd were posted but they were hosted on imageshack and are probably gone now. The schematics are around. I didnt make one of my amp because its exactly the same as the ones that were out there accept one or two small things that only had to do with the cap make they were using (like a cap would be 32u instead of 30u). Doesnt make a difference. But I did make the avenger preamp schematic. I just took the signal path of my SLO on the high gain channel- minus the clean stage that stays on in parlallel and out of phase, and took out the loop buffer circuitry which leaves you with the same exact preamp as the high gain channel on the X88r. So Just mating that to a standard marshall output section with a few minor changes woudl give you an avenger which is what people are building. Look in the DIY page.

Dan

If you cash the check, your bank will look to see if there is enough money in your account to cash it and then give you the money. But if its a bad check they'll deduct that amount out of your account. So having the money in your hand is NOT good enough. The check must clear. If you wait for it to clear, wait a week. 2-3 days isn't enough for me.

So here's another way to do it. When I receive a cashiers check I get on the internet and go to the banks website and get the banks phone number. I call that bank and talk to a real person. Give them the check number, the amount and the names involved and ask them if its real. So then its no worries. I don't like to ask the person for the phone number because they might give me soething bogus. So I don't tell them I am doing this.

I used to hold things, but once I figured this method out I started sending things out immediately.
