sorry if im sticking out by asking this..

but is there a metro kit for the Super 100JH?

i had a look at the 100 super kit and the face panel doesnt look the same..

In short no.

You would have to get the bare bones kit and stipulate the early PT and drake OT. The cap board is different too.

It is all pretty straightforward if you have built other amps before, but there are no instructions. You would have to read and reread both the JTM45 and the 100watt kit instructions. Then using the schematics and the layouts on Macs site build the amp using the appropriate sections. There are some good refernce pics available from George, Flames, Bashcoder and even mine (there is also a really tight build, not quite to original spec currently on the forum.

I got my white super 100 backpanel from George, probably a prototype, not sure if he is selling them. Otherwise the JH is the same as the 66 100watter apart from a 33k/550pF tone stack and a dual 32uF on the preamp board with an extra 10k dropping resistor between the limbs of it.
