refretting ebonol.......don't

Had my first (and last) experience with refretting a guitar with an ebonol....or ebonite....whatever the hell they call it....fretboard. All I can say is never again. Glad it was mine and not someone else's. They musta blasted them frets in at the factory with dynamite, 'cause I couldn't get 'em to seat perfectly no matter how hard I whacked 'em. So now I gotta level 'em to salvage it, and I hate to do that. Defeats the whole purpose of using tall wire to begin with. Geez....whatta hassle.
Real wood from now on. You've been warned.....
