I was in Boston last week for a conference (I live in Italy) and a friend of mine brought me to a friend of his who collects and buys amps... Well he had a Friedman Smallbox sitting there with no tubes and no transformers (only the choke) which he said, believe it or not, "he bought from a friend of his who didn't like it and used it for the trannies"... Well he sold it to me for half the retail prices, but I now have to figure out how to fix it... I was thinking of putting some inMadOut trannies like in all my 1987 clones, but I don't know if they will sound good in this.. What do you suggest? I'll post pictures of the slaughter as soon as I can
