A little change of pace...D' Lite?
I started this project quite a while ago to give beginners a taste of the Dumble tone without all the expense and tricky relay wiring. I was really surprised that it came as a pretty fine amp in its own right. The amp uses some cheap Deluxe iron and 6V6 power tubes. I'll try to get some clips up this weekend, but in the meantime, here are a couple of pics...

Clips will be coming soon. I dropped the amp off at a friend's house today who actually knows how to play.
Here's the layout I used for the amp:

You included that pre OD filter. No local NFB loop. Trimers on the front panel. I always shot for the Ford sound. I think the hybrid schems get close to that. I considered doing another one but I wanted to have a trimmer for everything. Even for the resistance after the OD couplers. I think it was the Dumbleland that had the voltage doubler trimmer on the panel too on concentric pots with the OD and Level knobs.

Brownnote is also offering a kit so you may want to contact him at mail@brownnote.net. He'll be starting the chassis run this week so make sure contact him before Friday.
