Just wanted to share an experience I had with a seller.

I bought a trem arm off ebay for a customer guitar. The item was "new" the pictured showed new item. The package I got was opened, stapled closed, one of the nylon bushings was missing the other was broken. Packing sucked. no bubble wrap, nothing, just a letter envelope. the guy did not want to work with me. Offer me $2.50 off next purchase!! LOL!!! here is his ebay name.
