I'm basically playing triplets on the B and high E strings out of that bend. But is it actually hammer-ons? If I remember correctly, I'm playing on the B and E strings 10th, 12th and 13th frets. Driving me nuts!!!

I think so. It's the lick right after the ascending tremolo picking. At the end of the tremolo picking which he plays on the G string, he ends up on the 12th fret and bends up maybe a step, then plays the lick I'm referring to. That's just a quick interpretation of what I see and hear from that live video, slowing down the studio version might nail it down better.
