Just took 6 years to crack and probably wouldn't have ever been so, if it wasn't for Frank Levi giving me the last details of the mod.

Hey guys long time no see! Looks like most of you guys have got it down! Especially duke.., I'm pretty jealous of that scom clip he put up., not gonna lie haha.

I'm thinking about just sending my modded amp that has an earlier interpretation of the #36 mod to Frank Levi if he still mods and just be done with it. Would be pretty bad ass to have my amp modified by the legend himself. Wondering though if he'd be able to make it switchable between #36 and #34 for the extra versatility.

Anyways rock on brothas, keep up the amazing work

good luck with that, Frank said that he is not longer putting the #36 or #39 mod, he does another mods like the MK V or something like that.

I mean no offense, but that clip sounds thin, boxy and howling. It may be something else, but ceramic caps can make the boxy and howling sound in some positions. Do you mod the amp yourself or does BRBS still mod your amp?

the mod is always a BRBS mod developed with me...i have only change treble peakers with ceramic caps with same value like a stock marshall head ......i have put a tropical fish on 820 ohm always 470n......rest of scheme and mod are BRBS.....

the volume of amp in this clip are always very low.....at 1....so speakers don't work....recorded with an ipad....better of my phone but not exactly a professional record

NT, without orig,

SCOM, with orig,

SCOM, without orig,

PS i had to fix 2 amps that BRBS modded, they were blowing OTs, now I'm not saying the BRBS mod was the problem.
Benny doesn't have the same mod as the BRBS modded amps, because the BRBS amps have totally different mods to what Benny says his spec is.

what would be the lie exactly?

Duke, you have some big problems with your head.....it is clear that you are trying somehow to smear others to do your own business.....this is not professional and is real serious......who buy BRBS mod don't buy frank levi mod, buy a sound, you yourself have admitted that BRBS mod sounds the same as the CD, people buy that sound....that sound make it in different heads or simply with different features for customer request, anyway my personal 36 like original 34 don't like at all people, for someone are too bright, so BRBS have create a quite smooth version for the same sound, I think you should be very careful what you say about BRBS publicly ..........in the same way who buy a Dukeamps mod don't buy a real 36.....

nobody knows what is real 36.....
I just wrote to Frank asking if he really send you the real specs ..... just answer me I will make public

bye

I was being sarcastic Benny, i said good job you have managed to make a JMP 100w amp sound like a Mastered CD in the room, but i also said the real 36 mod sounds different in the room, as to me not having the real deal 36 mod, I have a signed Scheme from Frank Levi. You should just use your ears & listen to my clips, i think they are prove enough.

I don't see were the problem is, I fixed 2 BRBS modded amps, both had blown OTs, that's the truth, I also said this, I'm not saying the BRBS mod was the problem.

There is a lot more i could say but i will leave it at that.

cause i can't record in my home....is very little and i can't play with high volume....so i don't have yet buy all recording instruments....many years ago i was a friend of mine with a recording studio that let me recording samples for free....now that studio have closed......

good.....shortly we will know if it is true or not......

Benny if you think I'm saying something with malice that's your problem, not mine. I will state here publicly i have no malice intentions what so ever against BRBS, & I'm not trying to smear BRBS. I just fixed 2 BRBS modded amps.
