When you start reading labels it is amazing how many things have High Frutose or Corn Syrup.

To much of that stuff, burns me out and increases my hunger . . Strange

Hey Mark, this is the bread we always eat at the house. Not sure if they sell outside the Bay Area but I see on the web site you can order it shipped. We get it at Costco cheap for 2 loaves. We're in the North Bay about 1/2 hour from the factory. Been eatin' their stuff for years - yum.

I bought in the local Fry's/Kroger type supermarket chains here in Phoenix,in the health foods frozen section!
