Great bit of info. Great album and band. I have a broad interest span, but am very partial to Hendrix. He was truley about the best in the whole 'Guitar as a microphone' type playin'. And to think that a majority of dudes here keep goin on about Evh (I try to be the middle of the see saw on that one). Eddie is great, but Hendrix did a bit more (explored more tone than a bridge humbucker, more amp tone variation, connected a bit better, etc) this is fact, not just my opinion.

Man I wish Jimi had lived long enough to clean up and show us what he really could do. I have always been of the opinion that great artists don't create because of adversity but in spite of it.
