Pics of my 59 Les Paul Historic
Took some Sunday morning pics for the first time since she was new. She's an '05 R9 in ice tea. The neck pickup is the stock busrtbucker but the bridge is a voodoo '59. It also has upgraded pots, Jensen oil caps, and a pigtail tail piece. It's a featherweight weighing in at 8.1 lbs. (mailroom digital scale) but the tone is deep, rich, and woody. I thought the pics turned out pretty good so I had to share.

Thanks! I'll be buried with this one ... it's not going anywhere!!! I searched high and low for my perfect LP and this is definitely it. I played every LP in the city and this was the only one that felt "right" the minute I picked it up. I tried several that sounded good unplugged but enemic when plugged in. This one had it all.
