Just kidding. The thing that sucks is if you leave bad feedback you get some for having the audacity to follow the rules to the letter. You should email him and demand your wasted ebay expenses or else he'll get a NFB. It wouldnt be that much unless your selling a car and at least you get some justice for a highly annoying thing. And if he says fuck off, then leave a NFB. One NFB is nothing. People are scared of having one but that wont stop anyone from doing business with you. For one everyone knows theres assholes in the world and do enough business and youll deal with one. You also get to reply to NFB and if you just say 'Received NO payment from bidder!' I think people would undertsand.
