Where can I get...
Where can I get a high quality, large-headstock, maple-capped strat neck with a thin, narrow c profile, vintage frets, and a 7.25 inch radius? Fender sucks with stuff like this, they won't (to my knowledge) make custom necks...

Warmoth, USA Custom, Musicraft & Divebomb are all good. I included some pics of my warmoth neck in the Oil Finish Thread I posted earlier today. It's a quarter sawn neck w/ a capped maple fingerboard. I chose the Wolfgang profile and a regular strat headstock, but you can get the large hardstock and whatever back profile suits your hand best from any one of these suppliers.
One sugestion I might add, if you decide to go with Warmoth, is to give their compound radius fingerboard a try. You can even have them tailor it to your specs where it starts at 7 and flattens out to whatever radius you want at the 22nd fret. I've been playing on a neck that's 10-16, and I love it. The SRV profile is a tad thick for my small hands, but that fingerbaord with the 6100 Dunlops is just awesome.

cool, musikraft looks like it will work out nicely. Does anyone have any experience with them? Also, what was the mounting radius for those old fender 'f' tuners?

Tone slinger (Billy) has experience with Musikkraft necks and he favors the late sixties spec with 7.25" radius. I hear only good things about these compared to Warmoth.
In fact I learned recently that Wayne Charvel of Wayne guitars uses Warmoth necks, cut to his headstock shape!

I just got a maple cap'd birds eye neck with the Charvel specs from Musikraft with the thin C profile and 6100 frets.byzantinechanter wrote:cool, musikraft looks like it will work out nicely. By far the best neck in playability and quality I have ever seen. They are not cheap and you'll have to wait 4-6 weeks. But you get what you pay for and they make them to order, not mass produced.
