It’s on a SS type body maybe a very early charvel? don’t know for sure.
I see the Floyd Rose name on it but six point mounting like a fender. Wonder if this is his first go at the fine tuning thing?

The "Floyd Rose" reference on the bridge is a legal item, as the manufacturer is saying that the bridge is built under Floyd's patents.

I don't recognize the bridge at all and I've never seen any pictures of old Charvels with a bridge like that.

Very unusual bridge. I hope someone can identify it.

I think its a crappy pot metal copy (kind of) Floyd from a cheep guitar. Almost all I have seen are warped from the string tension.....I have one here some where. All copy Floyds from that time had to have the.....mfg under Floyd Rose patents....somewhere on them.......Floyd had the patent on the idea at the time.

Wow, that's a weird one.

6 screw bridge with roller saddles, and what looks like micro tuners, does it have a locking nut too? Check out how the micro tuners work, it looks like the little curved hammers just push on the string as it comes through the trem block out of the bridge, heh. That's why it needs roller saddles, so they don't bind while you try and tune it.

Nope, never seen that before.

It must be some kinda retrofit bridge he came up with to sell locking trems or at least new bridges to all the 6 screw strat folks, I'd guess. Kinda cool looking.

I wonder what effect it has on tone?

Ex-Girlfriend of mine had a beaten up Ibanez with a very similar looking licensed Floyd Rose thingummy! Not quite like that though. I had to machine a couple of parts to replace what was broken on it.
So I like purple, okay!!!!!!

It looks like someone tried to morph the 3 most popular tremolo bridge designs. The Floyd Rose, Kahler and Leo's.

With just a fragrant hint of Steinberger... its very subtle, but I can taste it.

´80s Washburn I think.

Stay away.. They are awful. I played a Black Tele-shaped Washburn with red bindings a few times ( ) in the ´80ies when I needed the locking trem, and it was really bad tonewise, tuningwise and otherwise..
