Re: Clapton's 1960 'Blues Breaker' Les Paul ?
Also I believe the Marshall Guv'nor pedal was designed to replicate Eric's tone with the 1960 Les Paul Standard through his Marshall Bluesbreaker amp..then ironically Gary Moore many years later, is using it through the clean channel on a Soldano SLO100, to replicate the original setup...,albeit with moore gain that's for sure!!!
Gary has an original series I Bluesbreaker and it can be seen on stage in the Blues For Greeny video.

Re: Clapton's 1960 'Blues Breaker' Les Paul ?
i have an original black bluesbreaker pedal as well as some les paul 59' ri's (with late 60's t-tops and PAF repros ) and jtm45 (several) with pre rola speakers and although the bluesbreaker pedal is not a bad pedal it doesn't give the tone of a bluesbreaker
