New Names for Viagra/ generic brands

Post by St August » Wed Aug 20, 2008 6:09 pm

In Pharmacology, all drugs have two names, a trade name and generic name. For example, the trade name of Tylenol also has a generic name of Acetaminophen. Aleve is also called Naproxen. Amoxil is also called Amoxicillin and Advil is also called Ibuprofen.

The FDA has been looking for a generic name for Viagra. After careful consideration by a team of government experts, it recently announced that it has settled on the generic name of Mycoxafloppin. Also considered were Mycoxafailin, Mydixadrupin, Mydixarizin, Dixafix, and of course, Ibepokin.

Pfizer Corp. announced today that Viagra will soon be available in liquid form, and will be marketed by Pepsi Cola as a power beverage suitable for use as a mixer. It will now be possible for a man to literally pour himself a stiff one. Obviously we can no longer call this a soft drink, and it gives new meaning to the names of 'cocktails', 'highballs' and just a good old-fashioned 's tiff drink'. Pepsi will market the new concoction by the name of: MOUNT & DO.

    ----Good one!!

I love the disclaimer that goes with the ad's for these drugs:

"If you experience an erection lasting more than 4 hours, seek the advice of a medical professional".

First of all, imagine walking into a doctors office sporting a trouser tent, getting ready to tell him (her???) that "this dern thang just wont go away... what CAN I do???"

Second of all, a four hour tower??? Im gettin' a fucking TROPHY first... THEN Ill go see a doctor, and you can bet your ass that Ill find some hot female physician just to see her face when I go strolling in there looking like Bill Clinton after one of his "secretarial interludes", saying "what are we gonna do about THIS, Doc??!!"

One of my old bandmates is a doctor, who worked in department specializing in "Erectile Dysfunction", pre-viagra. He told us they would examine the patiens in every way, put electrodes up their butts and show "Educational Movies" for them to check if all the wires were still connected. If everything checked out, they

Yes that post is most likely to have been generated by some search. To drag up a year old thread for your first post that sounds like a doctor is not a coincidence. People actually get paid by companies to post stuff like that.
