help me identify if this is an original '69 MArshall 100W PT

Hi guys,
is this an original '69 PT (without bell) ???
can you please tell me if '69 PT is different to '68 12xxx one ???
PRIMARY WINDINGS : 220-230vAC
SECONDARY WINDINGS: B+ = 360vAC
Heaters = 6.4vAC (3.2vAC x 2)
