Whats with the "Board Attachment Quota"??

Anytime I try to post a pic lately, I get the dreaded "RED SENTENCE" saying "Sorry, the board attachment quota has been reached."

Does this mean that until one of the mods or Admin's clear out some of the older pics, we cant post up a picture? Is there any other way to apply a pic besides "browse and upload the file"?

Photobucket has worked so well and I have thousand or more pictures on the site and am not 10% full all for free. You just have to give a shout out for anything that really works and is free.

Yeah, I hooked up with ImageShack, but I might try Photobucket as well. A lot of guys seem to like that site. Yngwie Dave uses it to great acclaim.
