57 p-90

Post by chris » Thu Nov 17, 2005 12:35 pm

So I finally found a strong, reasonably priced vintage p90 for my junior. Got to play it loud for the first time yesterday and I'm impressed. Defintely not as balanced as the lollar but so much character. I need to a adjust the pole pieces a little.

What's reasonably priced? I've got a Rio Grande p-90 in my Reverend. I love it, it's nasty.

$240.00 I guess its not that resonable but cheaper than any of the vintage stores I tried (partsdrawer had one for $295 and it was 8.06ohms, mine is 8.19ohms) I love my rio grande humbucker sized p-90's but they are homeless since i got rid of the gretsch they were in.
