The HEAT!!!!

Man, it is HOT! I'm loving it.

The actual temp is right at 100 today and the heat index was 112 at 2PM. The pool water is 91 degrees! It's like taking a bath.

I leave for Nashville in the morning, I can't imagine what it will be like there. The surface of the sun come to mind...

Brutal here! My central A/C is blown. Was *forced* to hit a local sports bar I frequent on occasion. Much more frequent this week!
Was 102 in my neck of the woods, and even with a breeze, the only word that comes to mind is "stifling".
Have fun in Nashville George.
Look for a guy named Nolan Rossi, he lives down there now and is a guitarist that works in a studio, and is a Michigander.

Same here... hot like the planet Mercury. 100 degrees today, and factor in the humidity and its gonna feel like 110+.

And everyone wonders why N.Y.'ers have that hot, pissed off, sweaty look on their faces...

What kinda temps you got there, Demo??

Its 7:30pm right now, and its 95 degrees outside. It went up to 103 today, and with the humidity factored in, they say it felt like 112.
Friggin' brutal.

I'm down at Cocoa Beach Florida and believe it or not it's a few degrees cooler than back home in Illinois. (not much but still

) Whodda thunk I'd have to come here for a break in the weather!

as i'm roughly only 350km south from london probably same as me .. freezing cold ^^around 65 farenheit - ish today and pouring with rain

.... it's been " november " the whole month of july ... global warming my ass

Man, if you tried to paint a house in THIS shit we've got here?? Your house would look exactly the same, and you'd have a melted moat of paint in the grass surrounding your house!!

I'd take a day of 65 degrees right now, Frenchie, even with the rain. I know Im gonna regret saying that in a few months, but right now its 82 degrees with 82% humidity which figures into a "what it feels like" temp of around 88 degrees... and its 7:30am.

Actually it has been raining for pretty much every time I've managed to find a spare minute for the last five weeks.
EXCEPT FOR THIS WEEKEND! Woohoo. 30 deg Celsius most of today, and most of the bare side of the house painted.

Discovered I have an aversion to wobbly ladders though.

So the top portion is still untouched.

MEGA-HOT.

In Orlando, right now:
89 degrees, 63% humidity= "Feels like" 99 degrees.

St. Petersburg:
91 degrees, 55% humidity= "Feels like" 100 degrees.

And thats at 7:15pm.

Darn it. Orlando bound. I suspect my 6 year old is gonna have me feeling VERY old in a very short space of time in that heat.

Not the way I wanted to spend my 36th birthday, but heck, we ain't going for me anyways!
