how do i load an avatar i have this killer pic i want to load but it won't let me says something about not being a jpg when it is, please advise

A lot of people have been having trouble loading their avatar..I just got bitched out the other day because somehow I uploaded a big picture that was messing up everybody's Web browser..I was directed to the site below and I just fooled around with the pic. resized it a few times and It loaded..http://www.imageshack.us/

sorry avatar is prob too big, not mucking up browser but really in yer face, i am gonna get that made as a transfer and put it on my marlsbro when i get her done with a johniss logo i thought about puttin her on my lp copy but i want something a bit raunchier for that
