I wholeheartedly agree. LOTS of good info. I might never use most of it but it's there if I do.
I'm anxiously waiting for TUT4.

My friend who's been like an amp building machine this past year swears by Dave Funk's Tube Amp Workbook. It's mostly geared towards Fender as far as schematics and whatnot go, but the technical info is supposed to be top-notch.

the one by Dan Torres! - http://www.eventcom.net/tubeamps.html is great book for sure - i read through it the other day. i must say its a great first book for amp builders to be.

I just found this one at a book store. I've never seen it mentioned.

The Guitar Amp Handbook by Dave Hunter

It does a great job at explaining the basics for beginners, but is also deep enough for most of the more advanced guys.

The end has interviews with Ken Fischer, Vic w/ Mojave, Dr. Z, etc. (he should have asked George!)
