Favorite Snare Sound(s)
Hi all,
Just curious what are your favorite snare sound or sounds?
If posting perhaps it can done as follows;

Drummer: Rick Allen
Album: High and Dry, and Pyromania

Band: Def Leppard
Additional Info: Producer - Mutt Lange, Engineer - Nigel Green?, Ludwig Black Beauty afaik. This sound almost set an 80s/90s standard at one point.

Album: Lynch Mob - Wicked Sensation

Additional Info: Producer/Engineer - Max Norman
Drummer: Alex Van Halen
Album: Various but particularly 5150, F.U.C.K., Balance

Top marks for his Bonham Snare sound on that album. In fact, top marks for his whole drum sound on that record. Just perfect.
