This confirms my theory. I keep telling the patients where I work (second largest mental hospital in the USA) that their nothing, the really crazy ones are still running around in public. This dude is a fine example of my claim. This guy is more creepy than the necrozoophile/Necrophile/child rapist ( Pedophile) that is on my ward. Well almost.
