you are absolutely right! like you my dad has been building houses for 35+ years so I wouldnt be able to skimp on the materials even if I wanted to. However wiring and Plumbing I can handle, so some money saved there on labor not to mention getting contractor prices.St August wrote:Being In construction for some 18yrs.. Any extra money will probably go to cutains, dishes, stupid crap like thatBut since we are adding a bathroom and expanding kitchen (most expensive projects to do) I doubt there will be any extra money.
